Procedura usunięcia konta w aplikacji — DOSTĘPNA

Jeśli możesz zalogować się do konta, otwórz Ustawienia → Strefa nieodwracalna → Usuń konto. Aplikacja poprosi o potwierdzenie skutków usunięcia i kod wysłany na adres email powiązany z kontem. Po potwierdzeniu konto i powiązane dane zostaną usunięte nieodwracalnie.

Procedura e-mail — alternatywa

Jeśli nie możesz skorzystać z aplikacji albo potrzebujesz pomocy, wyślij wiadomość na adres jetware.software@gmail.com z tematem "Usunięcie konta Terapeuta" zawierającą:

adres e-mail powiązany z kontem;
imię i nazwisko lub identyfikator konta (jeśli znany);
preferowany sposób potwierdzenia tożsamości (np. odpowiedź z tego samego adresu e-mail).

Zweryfikujemy tożsamość zgłaszającego (zgodnie z RODO) i rozpoczniemy usunięcie konta w terminie do 30 dni od potwierdzenia. Usunięcie zainicjowane w aplikacji wykonywane jest bezpośrednio po skutecznym potwierdzeniu.

Co zostaje usunięte

Dane konta logopedy/rodzica: imię, nazwisko, e-mail, dane uwierzytelniające, ustawienia.
Treści zarządzane w ramach konta: zestawy ćwiczeń, szablony sesji, własne plany ćwiczeń, notatki robocze, znaczniki postępu, zgody.
Historia zgód, wersji polityk, logi zdarzeń produktowych powiązane z tym kontem.
Metadane subskrypcji w naszej bazie i powiązanie z klientem Stripe, z zachowaniem danych wymaganych przepisami księgowymi i podatkowymi.

Co NIE zostaje usunięte (z powodu wymogów prawnych)

Faktury i dokumenty księgowe wymagane przepisami podatkowymi (przepisy podatkowe Polski - co najmniej 5 lat po zakończeniu roku obrotowego).
Logi techniczne i raporty awarii w postaci zanonimizowanej (do 12 miesięcy).
Dane wymagane do rozstrzygnięcia ewentualnego sporu prawnego.

Anulowanie subskrypcji Stripe

Subskrypcja logopedy jest zarządzana w webowej usłudze Terapeuta przez Stripe Customer Portal. Gdy obsługa Stripe zostanie podłączona do procesu usuwania konta, aktywna subskrypcja będzie anulowana przez backend na koniec bieżącego okresu rozliczeniowego przed nieodwracalnym usunięciem konta.

Aplikacje iOS/Android są darmowymi aplikacjami companion i nie zawierają subskrypcji App Store / Google Play.

Usuwanie treści powiązanych z konkretnym odbiorcą — osobna procedura

Jeśli jesteś logopedą i chcesz usunąć treści dotyczące konkretnej osoby (a nie całego konta), wyślij żądanie ze swojego konta na e-mail kontaktowy z wewnętrznym identyfikatorem rekordu (pseudonimem, którego użyłeś/aś). Jako administrator danych własnych rekordów odpowiadasz za zgodność tego procesu z obowiązującymi Cię przepisami (m.in. okresy retencji dokumentacji terapii, jeśli ma zastosowanie).

In-app account deletion — AVAILABLE

If you can sign in, open Settings → Irreversible zone → Delete account. The app asks you to confirm the consequences and enter a code sent to the email address associated with the account. After confirmation, the account and associated data are deleted irreversibly.

Email procedure — alternative

If you cannot use the app or need assistance, send a message to jetware.software@gmail.com with the subject "Terapeuta account deletion" containing:

the email address associated with the account;
your name or account identifier (if known);
preferred identity-verification method (e.g., reply from the same email address).

We verify the requestor's identity (per GDPR) and start the account deletion within 30 days of confirmation. Deletion initiated in the app is performed directly after successful confirmation.

What is deleted

Therapist/parent account data: name, email, authentication credentials, settings.
Content managed by this account: exercise sets, session templates, user-created plans, working notes, progress markers, consents.
Consent history, policy version history, product event logs associated with this account.
Subscription metadata in our database and the Stripe customer link, with accounting and tax records retained where required by law.

What is NOT deleted (legal requirements)

Invoices and accounting documents required by tax law (Polish tax law - at least 5 years after the end of the fiscal year).
Anonymised technical logs and crash reports (up to 12 months).
Data required to resolve a potential legal dispute.

Cancelling Stripe subscriptions

Therapist subscriptions are managed in the Terapeuta web service through Stripe Customer Portal. When Stripe support is connected to the account-deletion process, any active subscription will be cancelled by the backend at the end of the current billing period before the account is irreversibly deleted.

The iOS/Android apps are free companion apps and do not include App Store / Google Play subscriptions.

Deleting content for a specific recipient — separate procedure

If you are a therapist and want to delete content related to a specific person (rather than the whole account), send a request from your account to the contact email with the internal record identifier (pseudonym you used). As the data controller of your own records you are responsible for compliance of this process with the regulations applicable to you (including therapy-record retention periods, where applicable).
